It doesn't matter who's fault it was or why it happened – the bottom line is our lift didn't arrive at our customer's premises on schedule, so our engineers couldn't install it and our customer was inconvenienced. In a great example of a teamwork and despite a potential 4-week delay, we managed to redeploy two of our service engineers, David Mullan and Andy Tulloch, to install the lift at within a week of the original installation date and keeping down time to a minimum. And our customer was very understanding too.
