BT260 Heavy Duty In-ground Roller Brake Tester for Commercial Vehicles

Installation
The BT260 can be installed in a single excavated recess, or with the roller beds ‘split’ and located either side of an inspection pit. It is approved for testing HGV, PSV and Class 4 & 7 vehicles and can be used in manual or automated DVSA testing procedures, guaranteeing a highly efficient, fast and reliable brake test with consistently accurate results.

PC Operation
The BT260 is controlled via PC, stored in a cabinet with lockable keyboard drawer and PC compartment. The testing procedure is controlled by the PICARO III testing software, which includes:

• Customer-friendly testing procedures
• Digital brake values
• Linear diagrams
• Extended fault diagnosis and quick view of brake force and differences in relation to the testing load per axle and per vehicle
• Extended quick measurement, permanent recording of measurement results, with optional text, or graphic output
• Error self-diagnosis
• Control via tablet, smart phone etc, for ultimate flexibility around the vehicle.

Luxus heavy duty roller brake testers for Commercial Vehicles are supported by a 3-year Parts and Labour warranty, subject to proof of maintenance*. Warranty includes Rollers, Chains, Motor/gearboxes, Sensors and Electronic Boards.

*Luxus heavy duty Commercial Vehicle brake testers must be serviced/calibrated every six-months, by an ISN Garage Assist engineer.

Warranty Exclusions
PC, printer, keyboard, mouse, screen (large display screen or tablet) and remote control (which are subject to a 1-year warranty). Normal wear and tear of items under regular use, such as batteries, consumables (e.g. printer ink/paper) - these items will be invoiced at the time of service. Problems with the equipment caused due to installation of no-ISN software on to the PC. Damage to remote control handsets. Neglect, (lack of regular operator  servicing/adjustments as detailed in the operator’s manual); misuse, deliberate, or accidental damage; modifications/alterations; removal or relocation of the equipment; acts of nature (e.g. flooding, or lightning strike), and unauthorised repairs by anyone other than ISN Garage Assist approved engineers.
