Car and light van MOT Testing (Class 4)

A Class 4 MOT is the standard MOT test for most cars, vans and vehicles with up to 8 passenger seats. This includes taxis, private hire cars, ambulances, motorhomes, campervans, plus vans and smaller commercial vehicles with a weight of up to 3,000kg.

When considering Class 4 MOT Testing, it’s important to consider the range of vehicles you expect to work on as some of the vehicles covered in the category will require you to have a large vehicle lift and a significant workshop height.
