Luxus 314 G-Series 12V Tyre Changer
A great choice for Mobile Tyre Fitting Operations
The 12V DC powered Luxus 314 G-Series is a traditional, semi-automatic tyre changer with ‘swing-arm’ design, created specifically with mobile fitting operations in mind. The 314 builds on the original and very popular megamount 303, with the addition of our patented QuadraClamp turntable, a healthy 24” external rim clamping capability (26” internal) and the inclusion of a light press arm and manual bead press, to make light work of stiff, low profile and run-flat tyres in a mobile fitting environment.
Additionally, and unusually, this model boasts an increased turret height and bead breaker opening in order to handle rims up to 14” wide, accommodating the latest assemblies from BMW, Porsche and the like.

Luxus SX32 Mid Rise Scissor Lift
The LUXUS SX32 is a superbly flexible Mid-Rise Scissor Lift, suitable for in-ground (recess) or surface mounting and homologated and certified to European Directive EN1493:2010.
The lift can be stopped at any comfortable working height, making it ideal for fast-fit tyre operations, general bodywork and car detailing. It comprises two separate platforms, with drive-on/off ramps at either end. A telescopic extension at the front end and lockable drive-off ramps at the rear of the lift provide an extendable platform length of 1547mm to 2270mm. The Luxus G-Series 201 bike is a dedicated motorcycle, scooter & ATV tyre changer.
With special protection for the clamps, demount tool and bead breaker blade, the 201 bike is designed to eliminate metal to metal contact, making it ideal for expensive painted or carbon fibre rims. The pressure of the clamping can be adjusted for those operators working with delicate rims, particularly those of a classic spoke design, and the machine can be fitted with a robotic 'assist' arm to make light work of difficult tyres. Clamping range is from 6" to 24".
