The 12V DC powered Luxus 314 G-Series is a traditional, semi-automatic tyre changer with ‘swing-arm’ design, created specifically with mobile fitting operations in mind. The 314 builds on the original and very popular megamount 303, with the addition of our patented QuadraClamp turntable, a healthy 24” external rim clamping capability (26” internal) and the inclusion of a light press arm and manual bead press, to make light work of stiff, low profile and run-flat tyres in a mobile fitting environment.
Additionally, and unusually, this model boasts an increased turret height and bead breaker opening in order to handle rims up to 14” wide, accommodating the latest assemblies from BMW, Porsche and the like.

The 314 G-Series is an excellent choice for those looking for a simple, compact tyre changer.
The last 10 years or so has seen the swing-arm design become the standard for low cost machines originating in China; this is not the case with the 314. In addition to an extremely heavy duty construction that ensures it is suitable for high volume use, the Luxus 314 G-Series provides a healthy 24” external rim clamping capability (26” internal), now enhanced with the ground-breaking QuadraClamp turntable, perfect for handling alloys up to 24” diameter. An oversized ‘racing’ chassis (to ensure large diameter rims don’t interfere with the turntable during the bead breaking process), and the inclusion of a space-saving assist arm system and manual bead press, essential for making light work of stiff, low profile and run-flat tyres in the mobile environment, enhance the comprehensive specification further.
This unit is also available in a 240V (single-phase) version for workshop use, using a unique 'megafit duo light' twin assist arm system.
