The HML85 features Long Reach forks for an extended reach, a class-leading 3 Year Warranty typical of Luxus products, and a host of luxury features such as Cable-Free operation, an 'Auto-Speed' function to ensure perfect synchronization between units, dual Audible & Optical descent signals, and recharging from a standard 3-pin plug.

Wirelessly Connected, Cable-free Mobile Column Lift
The Luxus HML85 is a battery-powered, cable-free mobile column lift, with each column boasting an 8,500kg lifting capacity. Capable of being configured in 2 to 16 column systems, this versatile solution simplifies lifting a wide range of vehicles, including HGVs, PSVs, trucks, lorries, buses, coaches, and other commercial vehicles (CVs) in workshops across the UK. An advanced auto-speed system, effective during lifting and lowering, ensures optimal synchronization of all columns during operation.
The HML85 excels in lifting large commercial vehicles such as heavy goods vehicles (HGVs), buses, and coaches, as well as haulage trucks, waste and recycling vehicles, and skip loaders. Adjustable forks offer flexibility for lifting vehicles with smaller wheels, such as LCVs.
With no interconnecting cables, each HML85 column is designed for easy manoeuvrability around the workshop using a built-in hydraulic pallet truck-style wheel unit. Columns can be charged from a standard 230V wall socket, and synchronised lifting is controllable from any column, each capable of acting as a master or slave unit.

- Main switch and emergency stop buttons on each columnAutomatic halt if a height difference of 50mm is detected between columns
- Optical and acoustic descent signals
- Manual lowering via a hand pump in the event of a power failure
