The only induction tool your garage needs
The system is capable of heating ferrous materials and aluminium, within seconds. Common workshop processes become a breeze with the Heat Mate Induction Tool, including the un-seizing of bolts, track rod ends and ball joints. Both the vehicle and user are safer when using the right tool. The job is also much easier, which can save you both money and time! Make the smart investment in Heat Mate from Hofmann Megaplan. The Heat Mate Induction Heater makes light work of any job where a component requires heating to free off or become un-seized, particularly common in alignment adjustments. It is made safer by the flame-free process used to heat.
How does the Heat Mate induction tool work?
Heat Mate works by creating heat directly inside of the metal instead of heating up the entire component from the outside in.
This does not mean it's any less effective though! In fact, it is easily capable of reaching red heat (about 1000 degrees Celsius) in just a few seconds. By generating heat only in the desired point, the most common operations of straightening, bending and pin or bearing replacement can be carried out with ease! This method of heating is not only quicker and safer. It also can avoid any change in the metal’s characteristics.
Why choose Heat Mate?
Many tools will use oxyacetylene which can be inaccurate and heat larger areas than required. The absence of a naked flame can lower costs by more than 50% compared with the use of oxyacetylene tanks. Heat Mate is able to heat a precise location rapidly, without needing to heat the whole area. This allows you to work close to cables, pipes and other components without the risk of damage normally seen.
