Born in the Motor Valley, home of the most high-tech and luxury brands in the automobile and motorcycle industry, Giuliano Automotive has been manufacturing tyre service equipment for over 45 years. All key components (innovative QuadraClamp 4-cylinder clamping turntables, Par-Move parallelogram type operating arm assemblies, transmission gearboxes and pedal boxes) and the most important assemblies are designed and manufactured in their production plants in Correggio, Italy. Giuliano produces everything internally and it’s all made in Italy, and covered by exclusive international patents. All Giuliano service parts are available for at least 10 years after the production of a machine ceases. Eco-friendly machines, designed to make maintenance easier and reduce environmental impact.

Giuliano offers a complete range of truck and heavy-duty tyre changers, suitable for all different types of tyres for heavy vehicles. From HGV road transport, to agricultural equipment and tractors, to earthmovers and skidders; from tubeless tyres to tube type, with or without retaining ring, to tyre applications with huge rim offset; the Giuliano range covers all requirements of the truck and heavy-duty tyre changer specialist. Equipped with advanced technology solutions, Giuliano heavy duty tyre changers represent the widest, most versatile range of machines for servicing “big” tyres, enhancing efficiency, productivity and safe work.

WHEEL BALANCERS

Giuliano also produces a range of high quality wheel balancers, for motorcycle, car and heavy-duty wheels; manufactured in Italy, with the finest materials and techniques. State of the Art technology and advanced features combine with ergonomic design to offer fast and easy wheel balancing. Combine this with the premium quality of Giuliano tyre changers, and you have the perfect mix for the modern-day tyre specialist. The Giuliano wheel balancer range is produced ‘in-house’ and even includes balancers for specific applications, such as high-performance racing wheels or large commercial truck wheels.

MOBILE TYRE SERVICE EQUIPMENT

For mor than a decade, Giuliano has had a particular focus on mobile tyre services, developing a complete range of products to support mobile tyre specialists operating ‘on the road’. Their solutions are designed to provide the best possible tyre changing and wheel balancing performance across the widest range of tyre and wheel combinations, while keeping weight to a minimum and making the most efficient use of the available space.
