Manufactured 100% in Italy, this brand new centre post tyre changer incorporates the most advanced tyre changer technology available. It is unashamedly over-engineered, featuring a wheel lifter, integrated bead press system and touchless, leverless operation, together with an ability to accommodate rims up to 30” in diameter.

Patented contact-free dynamic leverless system
Rebel uses an absolutely innovative leverless assembly/disassembly system. The particular shape of the tool with two grippers and movement in two directions (axial and radial) simplify the process. The tool lowers to engage the bead with the front lever, closes to allow the rear lever to lock it, keeping it in position, and moving away from the edge of the rim. All without exerting pressure that could damage the tyre and avoiding contact with the rim.

Combined bead removal with discs
Combined bead removal is achieved through the operation of two disc arms. Dedicated pushbuttons allow full control of the bead breaker process, while the rigidity of the frame housing the lower disc arm allows for more effective pressure application when working on particularly difficult tyres.

Locking capacity up to 30”
The REBEL features a self-centring locking device with translational movement. The cast iron structure guarantees an extraordinary sturdiness, which will withstand any stress without suffering damage. Clamping is optimal on any type of rim up to 30”, ensuring maximum safety when in operation.

Motoinverter
The turntable motor on the REBEL is controlled by a motoinverter system with progressive speed variation from 0 to 16 rpm. The inverter board is installed on the machine, away from the engine to overcome vibration and heat problems. Low power consumption at rest with the intelligent stand-by. High reliability and protection, with automatic alarm reset bringing the pedal to the resting position (no power outages required).

Pedal operated inflating device
Pedal-operated inflating system, with manometer and CE-certified inflation pressure limiter (4.2 bar/60PSI).

Wheel lifter
An extremely useful addition for the safe lifting and centring of even the heaviest wheels into the working position, ensuring perfect alignment throughout every phase. The operator controls the movement with a single pedal with continuous action, without any effort.
