Project Management
Our team of three dedicated Project Managers offer full national coverage and possess all the skills to work on multiple levels to ensure your workshop project is a complete success.
Whether we’re working on a single MOT bay, or a brand new, multi-bay dealer workshop, we’ll provide professional and accurate quotes following a detailed site survey, or, where requested, an urgent ‘subject to site survey’ quote. Where appropriate, we’ll generate a Programme of Works - a complete timeline of contractor schedules, deliveries and installations, with electrical works covered, Risk Assessment and Method Statements (RAMS) provided and certificates issued.
We have the skills to ensure a consistently high quality service from start to finish, with delivery on time and on budget.

A Complete Solution
If you’re installing a new MOT bay, we’re here to help with as much, or as little support as you want. As Principal Contractor, we’ll conduct site surveys, compile risk assessments and method statements (RAMS), then plan and draw the equipment layout, we’ll administer all the application paperwork, ensuring MOT compliance and that the correct information for the installation is submitted to the DVSA to achieve Approval In Principle (AIP).
High Quality Results
We’ll work with your chosen facilities management partner/builder, or our own teams of tried and tested specialist builders, located across the country, to complete groundworks and ensure the highest-quality installation of all equipment. We know how to make a project run smoothly; our specialist knowledge and years of experience means we complete the work without any fuss and to a very high standard.
Comprehensive Management
On bigger projects we’re happy to work alongside your Principal Contractor, Architects and M&E Consultants, as part of a wider team. We take pride in planning and managing the entire equipment installation programme, whether or not all of your chosen equipment is supplied by ISN Garage Assist.
We Are Specialists
Our team are specialists, they know what they’re doing and they carry the qualifications. We are fully Construction (Design and Management) Regulations (CDM) compliant. Our principal Project Manager, holds the Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS) certificate. Our lift engineers are Garage Equipment Association (GEA) accredited and hold the Construction Scheme Contractor Safety (CSCS) card. Our electricians hold NICEIC ‘Approved Contractor Scheme’ accreditation to carry out electrical installation work in accordance with the requirements of BS7671 (IET Wiring Regulations).
Our experience spans the entire range of workshop equipment installation requirements.
From the simple installation of a two-post lift right through to the entire fit-out of a brand new main dealer workshop, including workshop furniture, electrical and compressed air installations, exhaust extraction and fluids dispensing; in-ground, recessed and surface mounted vehicle lifts, MOT and alignment bays, plus, of course, state of the art wheel and tyre service equipment, we have the expertise that you need. And that’s not all, from time to time our clients might ask us to transfer equipment from one site to another; dismantling, relocating and re-installing existing equipment, while disposing of anything that’s past its useful life.
ISN Garage Assist is the go-to provider for all your workshop equipment installation requirements.
