With a reputation for delivering top-notch products and exceptional customer service, we are now seeking a dynamic, results-driven National Sales Manager to lead our sales team and grow our market share across the country. This is one of a number of new roles within the business as we expand and develop our strategy for future success.

Role Overview

As the National Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales strategies, managing key accounts, and expanding our footprint in the garage equipment and tools industry. This is an office-based role, reporting directly to the Managing Director, with the flexibility to work from the home when needed. The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales leadership and a passion for the automotive and garage sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a national sales strategy to increase market share and drive revenue growth.

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of regional sales representatives to achieve sales targets.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners across the country.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including potential market segments and customer bases.

• Oversee the sales pipeline, ensuring proper tracking, forecasting, and reporting.

• Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to ensure alignment in product offerings and promotional strategies.

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.

• Attend industry events and trade shows to expand the company’s visibility and network.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales management, ideally within the garage equipment, automotive, or tools industry.

• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, manage, and develop a sales team.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Self-motivated and highly organized, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• A passion for the automotive and garage sector is highly desirable.

• Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings, events, and trade shows.
